ItzPanda LLC ("we", "us") built the ItzPanda THC mobile application (the "App") as a paid application on the Google Play Store. This page explains our approach to your information.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no advertising, and makes no network requests. Every calculation runs entirely on your device.
Potency values, weights, and saved calculation history that you enter are stored only in local storage on your device. This data never leaves your phone and is not accessible to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data.
The App requests no sensitive device permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
The App is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older and is not directed to children. An age confirmation is required before the calculator can be used.
Purchases and downloads are processed by Google Play under Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive personal information from Google beyond aggregate, anonymized sales statistics.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
