By downloading or using the ItzPanda THC application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 21 years old to use the App. The App is intended for use where cannabis is legal under applicable state law. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The App performs arithmetic on values you supply and returns an estimate of Total THC percentage. Results are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, legal, or professional advice. Laboratory results on a product's Certificate of Analysis (COA) are authoritative. Always verify potency against the official COA before making any decision.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ItzPanda LLC does not warrant that calculations are accurate for every product, label format, or measurement unit. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItzPanda LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App is a one-time paid purchase with no subscriptions or recurring charges, and all in-app functionality runs on your device. Refunds for the initial purchase are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy; ItzPanda LLC does not process payments directly and cannot issue or deny a Play refund.
